Using global scroll animations

Valid for MyWebsite Now.

Scroll animations bring movement to your MyWebsite Now project, making it appear more dynamic and appealing. The selected effect is applied globally to all pages of your website to ensure a uniform view. This article explains how to use scroll animations.

Notes

Animations cannot be switched off for individual sections or elements.
A selected animation is the same in all views (desktop, tablet, or smartphone).

Available animations

The following global scroll animations are available:

Fade left
Fade bottom
Flip top
Blur in
Zoom in
Zoom out

Open the MyWebsite Now editor

Log in to your IONOS account.
In the title bar click on Menu > Websites & Stores.
If you have multiple contracts, click on Manage website in the tile with the name of your online project.
The Presence Suite for this project opens.
In the left menu bar of the Presence Suite, select Website > Website Editor. The MyWebsite Now Editor opens in a new window.

Select scroll animations

In the left-hand menu bar of the MyWebsite Now editor, select Design > Scroll Animation.
Click on one of the displayed animations to use it. You can view the effect immediately in the preview window.
Click on Re-Publish to save and apply your change.

To deactivate scroll animations, select the None entry for the animation type.
