Adding an online store to MyWebsite Now

This article walks you through displaying or hiding the link to your store in your MyWebsite website navigation.
Like Home and Blog, the Shop navigation element is one of the automatically created system pages that are always available in the MyWebsite Now page management.
Requirements
- MyWebsite Now package with store
- Initially set up store
Open the MyWebsite Now editor
- Log in to your IONOS account.
- Click on Menu > Websites & Stores in the title bar.
- Click on Manage website in the tile with the name of your online project, if you have multiple contracts.
The Presence Suite for this project opens. - Select Website > Website Editor in the left menu bar of the Presence Suite. The MyWebsite Now Editor opens in a new window.
Hide shop
- Click on Pages in the menu bar of the MyWebsite Now editor.
- Click on the Shop tile in the Website structure. You can recognize it by the shopping cart symbol.
- Tick the checkbox for Hide from navigation in the detailed information to the right of the Website structure to hide the shop link.
Hide shop categories
Product categories created in your shop, e.g. women's and men's clothing, are displayed as additional elements in the navigation by default.
- Click on Pages in the menu bar of the MyWebsite Now editor.
- Click on the Shop tile in the Website structure. You can recognize it by the shopping cart symbol.
- Tick the checkbox for Hide categories from the navigation under the Shop tile to hide it from the navigation. Categories can only be hidden or shown globally.
