In most cases, when recieving a trademark infringement notice, the complaining party will be specific as to what they are requesting from you in the letter; shutting down the site, transfer of domain, etc. You may either comply with the request or, if you disagree with the notice, contact the complaining party to resolve the matter. In any event, upon receipt of such a notice IONOS recommends that you consult an attorney.
