Where can I find my IONOS customer ID number?

This article explains where to find your IONOS customer ID.
Customer ID on documents
- Email order and contract confirmation: Following your order, you will have received a contract confirmation by email. You will find your IONOS customer ID at the bottom of the relevant email.
- Invoice: On your monthly invoice from IONOS, your IONOS customer ID is shown in the top right-hand corner, below the invoice date.
- Bank statement: Your IONOS customer ID appears on your bank statements in the transaction description for the direct debit from IONOS.
Customer ID in the IONOS account
If you are already logged in to your IONOS account account, you can also find your IONOS customer ID in your customer area. To do this, click on the user icon (My account & logout) in the top right-hand corner of the menu bar. In the drop-down that appears, you will find Customer ID: with the relevant information.
