Does Git need to be installed?
No, Git is pre-installed in the Web Hosting already. You can use Git immediately.
To view the most commonly used git commands, enter git --help in the command line after setting up the SSH connection.
Please note: To use Git, you need a Linux Web Hosting package. Git is not available on Windows Web Hosting packages.
