A mailing list allows you to set up a discussion forum under a single email address, where discussions take place via email.
Messages sent to the mailing list by a list member are forwarded to all list members. This allows, for example, members of a club to discuss important matters. You can specify who is permitted to post to the mailing list. A distinction is made between moderators, members and guests.

Any user can subscribe to mailing lists. They are not intended for the exchange of confidential information. To ensure that discussions take place within the intended target groups, the moderator may add and remove list members. Further information can be found in the following articles:
When a member replies to a message on a mailing list, the sender’s address from the original email is set by default. However, the member can change this manually in their email program. The maximum size of an email that a member can send to a mailing list is 6 MB.
