You will find the version of your IONOS Online Store in your shop administration as a footer in the help section (e.g. "Version: X.XX.XX - ePages Base" or "Version: X.XX - ePages Now"). If you use software or services from external providers, it may happen that further data is processed. The use of such software is your responsibility. Please understand that we cannot give you any information about this kind of data processing.
Is tracking or logging enabled by default?
Every time a page is accessed, the web server automatically records the name of the requested file, the anonymized IP address, the date and time of access, the transferred data volume and the requesting provider (usage data). This data is saved to a server log file and used exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the website and making improvements. All usage data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of the visit.
Why is the data collected?
It is ensured that only the minimum of personal data of customers visiting the Online Store, required for business transactions, is processed.
Which categories of personal data are collected from website visitors?
The inventory data of the website visitor is stored in case of an order.
What is the retention period for the different types of personal data?
All usage data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of the visit. Personal data of merchants/order data are stored as long as the store is in operation.
Will data be passed on to third parties?
No, no data will be passed on to third parties.
Is data processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area?
No, the data will not be processed outside the EU or the EEA.
