With the AI Acquisition Manager, you can automate the planning and creation of posts (content) on popular social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. You can use artificial intelligence (AI) to assist you with this, or create your content entirely manually.

This article explains the basics and guides you through the initial setup of the AI Acquisition Manager.

Open the AI Acquisition Manager

  • Log in to your IONOS account.
  • Click on Menu > Online Marketing in the title bar.
  • Click on Open within the AI Marketing Suite tile. The AI Marketing Suite opens.

View dashboard

The dashboard displays the most important information about your online reputation. Click on Dashboard from the left-hand menu to open the dashboard.

In the Web Reputation tab you will find the following information:

Reviews: This section displays the percentage of positive and negative reviews. Links to your company profiles are also displayed.

To view more information, click on View insights in the You vs Competitors section. The following information will be displayed:

Google Business profile analysis: This section visually compares the key performance indicators of your own profile (average rating, total number of reviews, response rate, and number of photos uploaded) on a scale against the figures for leading companies and the market average.

Overall review analysis by dimension: Customer feedback is analyzed semantically and broken down into functional review dimensions. These include quantitative metrics for product and service quality, customer interaction and communication, and the in-store experience.

Creating and managing social media posts

In the Social > Posts section, you can create social media posts and manage content that has already been published. To filter the content that has already been published, click on Open filters and customize the filter. Then click on Apply filters.

To view only posts with comments, enable the Show only posts with comments option.

To adjust the time period, click on the Full timeline field. Then select the desired time period.

To create a new post, click the + Create a post button. Post variations will then be generated based on your competitors’ activities with the widest reach. Then select at least 4 and up to 8 posts.

Creating and managing events

In the Social > Events section, you can create and manage posts about your company’s events.

To filter the events you have created, click on Open filters and adjust the filter settings. Then click on Apply filters.

To adjust the time period, click on the Full timeline field. Then select the desired time period.

View statistics on shared links

To view statistics on clicks on your shared links in social media posts, click on Social > Link performance in the navigation bar on the left. These statistics only include views generated via the shortened links.

Under Social > Connections, you can link your social media profiles to receive updates, interact with your target audience, and increase your reach.

In the Social > Insights section, you can view statistics on reach, engagement, and user demographics.

Specialized features (power-ups) of the AI assistant

To access the specialized features (power-ups) of the AI assistant, complete the following:

  • In the AI Acquisition Manager, click on the turquoise-blue, upward-pointing triangle icon with the curved arrow in the bottom right-hand corner.
  • Click on the relevant category containing the feature you want within the Get advice in other areas section.
  • Then select the desired feature.

View information on AI visibility

The AI Visibility dashboard displays information about your presence in the most important AI models and your visibility metrics. It also provides optimization suggestions to improve your visibility.

To access the AI Visibility dashboard, click on Online Presence > AI Visibility in the left-hand menu. The AI Visibility dashboard will appear.
