Sending order confirmation emails

In this article you will learn how to send an email to a customer confirming receipt of their order with just one click.
Note
Alternatively, you can also set up this email to be sent automatically when the order is completed (see Help Center article "Setting up email events").
Customize confirmation of receipt email
To check and edit the template for the confirmation of receipt email, proceed as follows:
- In the menu, select Settings > E-mail events.
- Click on Order status.
- Click on Order receipt confirmation.
- Check the order confirmation email. In the Help Center article "Setting up email events " you will find more information on editing the order confirmation email.
- Click on Save.
Send order confirmation email
- In the menu, select Orders > Orders.
- Click on the corresponding order number in the overview.
- Click on Send order confirmation e-mail.
The order confirmation is sent to the customer's email address that is stored in the billing address of the order.
