Revoking access authorization for partners
Please use the “Print” function at the bottom of the page to create a PDF.
Valid for customers and clients of IONOS partners.
If you have given a partner "full access" or "partial access" to your IONOS account, you can revoke the respective access authorization at any time. This article explains how to do this.
Revoke authorizations
- Click on My account & logout in the menu bar at the top right, and then click on Login & account security.
Open Login & account securityLog in and open Login & account security - Click on Manage access permissions.
- Click on Open details for the partner for whom you want to revoke access authorization.
- Click on Remove partner and revoke access permissions and confirm the dialogue with Revoke access permissions.
The partner will be removed and will no longer be able to access your IONOS account.
If you wish to grant the partner access to your IONOS account again, they must send you another access request via IONOS Agency Partner Portal or you can grant them access again via IONOS Agency Partner Network.
