This article explains how to export data from Email Marketing.

This Email Marketing data can be exported

  • Recipients (individually or as a list)
  • Campaigns
  • Campaign results
  • Unsubscribers

Log in to the Email Marketing

The following export instructions are started from the Email Marketing administration. To do this, log in to your IONOS account. Click on Menu > Online Marketing > Email Marketing. The Email Marketing opens and can be used by you.

Export recipients

To export all recipients in a list:

  • Click on the Recipients menu item in the Email Marketing administration. The existing recipient lists are displayed.
  • Click on the 3-dot menu in the line of the desired list.
  • Select Export in the context menu that appears. The list of recipients is exported as a CSV file.

To export a recipient including their details from a list:

  • Click on the Recipients menu item in the Email Marketing administration. The existing recipient lists are displayed.
  • Click on the list containing the desired recipient.
  • Click on the 3-dot menu in the line with the desired recipient.
  • Select Export in the context menu that appears. The recipient is exported as a VCF file.

Export campaigns

  • In the Email Marketing administration, click on the menu item Campaigns. The existing campaigns are displayed.
  • Click on the 3-dot menu in the line of the desired campaign.
  • Select Export in the context menu that appears. The campaign contents are exported in a ZIP file.

Export campaign results

  • In the Email Marketing administration, click on the menu item Reports. The existing reports are displayed.
  • Click on the 3-dot menu to the right of the search field.
  • In the context menu that appears, select Export list . The list is created and can be saved after completion using the Download export file button.

  • Recipients
  • Recipients (net)
  • Dispatch date
  • Sending information
  • Opens
  • Opening rate (Unique)
  • Unique clicks
  • Click rate (Unique)
  • Bounce reports
  • Bounce rate
  • Unsubscriptions
  • Unsubscribe rate
  • Emailing archive URL

Unsubscribers

  • In the Email Marketing administration, click on the menu item Reports. The existing reports are displayed.
  • Click on the 3-dot menu to the right of the search field.
  • In the context menu that appears, select Show all unsubscribers . The list of recipients who have unsubscribed is displayed and can be downloaded as a CSV file.
