With Click & Build you can install popular open source web applications on your web space via your IONOS account. This article explains how to back up the Click & Build data.
Requirement
The Click & Build application must not be in managed or safe mode. In this case, switch to the standard application.
This IONOS Click & Build data can be exported
- Installation directory (web space)
- Database
Determine installation directory and database name
To be able to export the data, you must know the installation directory and the name of the database:
- Log in to your IONOS account.
- Click on Menu > Websites & Shops in the title bar.
- Click on Manage website in the tile of your application.
Click on the Technical data area.
The installation directory (web space) and the database are displayed. Proceed in the same way for other Click & Build applications.
Export installation directory

Export database
