Selecting an IONOS Data Center

Now you can host your server shared storage and load balancers in any IONOS data center. By selecting a IONOS data center that is as close as possible to your users or visitors, you can optimize the loading time.

Servers you have already set up can be cloned easily and conveniently in the desired IONOS data center. Please note that a new IP address will be automatically assigned to the new server.

Firewall and monitoring policies can be assigned to all servers regardless of the selected IONOS data center.

Please Note:

If you create a server in another IONOS data center or move the server to another IONOS data center, you must set up the following resources separately:

  • Shared storage

  • Load balancer

  • Private networks

  • VPN
