HiDrive supports the file formats of various Office applications even without a local installation of the corresponding software. This article gives you an overview.
Note that HiDrive supports the file formats listed below only in the web application, as well as the apps for Android and iOS. When using the HiDrive software for Windows or macOS, a local installation of the respective Office application is required for the file formats to be recognized.
Please Note
To edit Office documents in HiDrive, a HiDrive Pro package is required. In all other packages, Office documents can only be opened and viewed.
