Changing the Domain for Your Microsoft Exchange 2013 Account

This article will show you how to change the domain used for your Microsoft Exchange 2013 account.

Please Note

Repeat the steps below for all Microsoft Exchange 2013 email accounts whose domains are to be changed.

Requirements

  • A domain in your IONOS account is available to be used for this change.

  • You are using Microsoft Exchange 2013.

  • Log in to IONOS.

  • Select the Email tile.

  • If necessary, select the contract containing your Microsoft Exchange 2013 account.

  • Click on the gear symbol next to your Microsoft Exchange 2013 account.

  • In the menu that opens, click Settings.

  • On the Set Up an Account page under Email, select a different domain (if one is available).

  • Click Save.

Your Microsoft Exchange 2013 domain has now been changed. Please allow a few minutes for the changes to take effect.
