In the Junk Email folder, you can find the email messages of your Microsoft Exchange 2013 account that are detected as spam. You can easily set the sensitivity level for detecting spam email using the Microsoft Exchange 2013 Administration Tool. To set the spam settings, follow the steps below.

Guided Steps
Log in to the Microsoft Exchange 2013 Administration Tool using your Microsoft Exchange 2013 email address and the password you selected during setup.
In the menu, click on Junk Filter.
Select the desired level of protection (None / Low / Medium / High).
Click Save Filter Settings.
